It simply depends on the damaged caused. If your nails got much damage it will take easily around 5-6 days to get normal. If the damage is less your nails can easily recover within 2-3 days.
How long should you wait before painting your damaged nails after getting fake nails removed ?
The best thing to do is to wait until your nails get back to normal. If you apply nail polish to your damaged nails it will chip sooner because of nails being weak.
Also nail polish will not let strengthening oil to infuse in your nail bed, so it’s better to wait and let your nails become strong.
