So, You might be thinking how lip butter is different from your regular lip balm ? Let’s know

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIP BUTTER AND LIP BALM :

Difference between lip butter and lip balm

1. The first difference you can see easily that is of texture, Lip balms are more solid whereas lip butters are more on creamy side and less solid

2. Lip balm helps to moisturize your lips whereas lip butter moisturizes your lips, hydrates them and retains moisture in your lips

3. Lip balm contains less butters and oils and lip butter uses mostly natural butters and oils in more quantity.

4. Lip balm helps to nourish your lips deeply while lip butter along with nourishing helps to form a protective layer on your lips.

So, you can always use a lip butter as a base before applying lipstick.

Now, let’s know why this lip butter is so good for your lips.

BENEFITS OF USING LIP BUTTER :

1. Shea butter is rich in fatty acids and vitamins. It is also a natural moisturizer, so it helps to deeply moisturize your lips.

Makes your lips soft and smooth. Shea butter also helps to reduce pigmentation on lips.

2. Coconut oil is also a natural moisturizer, it helps to treat chapped, dry and dull lips. Being a very gentle oil, it helps to soothe irritated lips and provides hydration naturally

It also comes with anti-microbial properties, so it helps to prevent any bacterial growth on your lips and make them healthy.

3. Beeswax helps to form a protective layer on your lips and prevent your lips from drying out. Though it forms a layer but it does not clog pores.

It also helps to keep your lip butter a little solid and does not let it melt. Beeswax even act as a natural moisturizer, so it also helps to make your lips smooth and soft.

Some of The Best Essential Oils You Can Use for This Lip Butter are :

Can you use the roll-up containers to put them in like a chapstick container?

Hello Gina, Lip butters are not as solid in consistency as the lip balm. So, I would suggest to put them in small containers rather than chapstick container. Thank you so much.
