Coffee Sugar Scrub with Licorice Extract for Hyperpigmentation

In this post your will find a simple yet effective diy homemade coffee scrub recipe, that helps to make skin clear and glowing. Also to reduce hyper pigmentation.

Coffee is amazing to refresh yourself on a busy day, but it does not only refreshes your body it is also very much beneficial for your skin if you use it topically.

It contains an antioxidant caffeic, which is a powerful antioxidant for fighting with free radicals that harms your skin in many ways.

Coffee also act as a natural exfoliator and removes dead skin cells, deeply clean your skin. Here is my easy recipe to make coffee scrub at home which is very affordable, effective and easy to use.

Now, lets see the recipe

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Coffee powder – 2 Tbsp
  2. Brown/white sugar – 1 Tbsp
  3. Coconut oil – 1 Tbsp
  4. Licorice extract – 5 or 6 drops OR Licorice powder – ½ Tsp
  5. Honey – 1 Tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Take a bowl add powder coffee and sugar, mix it properly
  2. Then add coconut oil and licorice extract and mix
  3. Then add honey in it and mix
  4. Your homemade coffee scrub is ready to use

HOW TO USE :

  1. Wash the area where you want to use the scrub, take required quantity of the scrub
  2. Gently massage the scrub in circular motion, massage for 4-5 min
  3. Now leave it for 3-4 min
  4. After that wash with plain water
  5. Use this scrub twice a week to get glowing skin naturally.
